Online pre-registration for 2014 is now open! Group and snail mail pre-registration will be open soon.

Registration Rates for 2014 (dates listed are the POSTMARK deadlines)

Until July 20- $25 for the weekend

July 21 - September 30 - $35 for the weekend

September 21 - November 20 - $30 for the weekend

November 21 - January 25- $45 for the weekend

At the door - $50 for the weekend, $25 Friday only, $30 Saturday only, $20 Sunday only

Child (ages 6-12) badges - $10 less than the adult price

Registrations purchased at special events (i.e. ToyMan or Cosplacon) are an additional $5 off.

Children 5 and under are FREE

Cosplayers receive a $5 discount on the price when they register. To get the discount, you must cosplay when you pick up your badge at registration. If you pre-register with the cosplay discount, you will have to pay the extra $5 at the door unless you pick up your badge in costume.

All badges are picked up at the door. We do not mail badges.

The Fine Print:

Your Kawa Kon registration does NOT include a hotel room or food. Badges are required to enter all convention rooms and events EXCEPT the anime viewing room.

Kawa Kon reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone for any reason or to revoke the badge of any attendee for any reason. The Hyatt Regency at the Arch reserves the right to eject anyone from the hotel premises for underage drinking, illicit drug use, excessive rowdiness, and other reasons that inconvenience other hotel guests.

Unauthorized solicitiation (including signage, announcements, fliers, or other forms of solicitation not cleared by the convention staff or the hotel staff) is not permitted at the Hyatt and may result in being ejected from the premises.

All children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 13 found without an adult may be taken to the hotel front desk to call a parent or guardian. Kawa Kon is not a baby-sitting service.

Cosplay for the discount can be an anime costume, science fiction costume, fantasy costume, traditional dress of a specific culture, or any other garb that would be considered a "costume" on the street. Exotic Japanese street styles (such as Gothic Lolita or Ganguro) count as cosplay. If your character wears everyday clothing, please bring a reference picture, or your costume may not be accepted.

Kawa Kon badges are non-refundable, but pre-registered badges are transferable. If you plan to transfer your pre-registered badge to someone else, you must send the name and birthdate of the person it is being transfered to from the email address you used to register to katrina@kawakon.com by January 29.
