Local Artist Guests of Honor Jon Klement
Jon Klement lives in St. Charles, MO and writes the "Velocity Girl and Xuan Hu" books and the "Smerd the P'ckit Dragon" comics. Imagine a symbiotic partner, a p'ckit dragon, that lived in your pockets and created a pocket dimension in there...one that made your pockets work like Mary Poppins's suitcase or like like Santa Claus's bag. What would you keep in there? What if you were a super-hero and had a p'ckit dragon for a sidekick? Check it out at http://www.smerdiverse.com Mike Cole
Mike also works with Jon on Smerdiverse works and creates his own hilarious fandom art! He had illustrated the covers of numerous program books. Mike is a huge fanboy and active in the science fiction fandom community. He loves Star Trek, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, and just about anything based on a comic book. |
