Dealers' Room

Dealers' Room registration is now open!

The Dealers' Room will be open from 3:00-7:00 p.m. Friday, 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Saturday, and 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Sunday.

The Dealers' Room is meant for anyone selling items that they did not make themselves. This can be everything from anime DVDs to merchandise from Japan to prop weapons.

If you are interested in a Dealers' Room table, you can download the form here. Dealers' Room booths are 6'x9' and include a table with two chairs. Dealers will provide any walls or additional table for their booths if they want them. Booths are $100 each and come with ONE vendor membership.

Dealers are responsible for anything they bring with them. Setup for the Dealers' Room will be open from 7:00-9:00 p.m.Thursday night and from 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Friday. All Dealers' Room booths must stay open during all Dealers' Room hours.

Dealers may sell metal weapons as long as they are peace-bonded before leaving the booth. Dealers may sell Japanese snacks and drinks as long as they are pre-packaged. Dealers may NOT sell alcohol.
