Artists' AlleyArtists' Alley registration is now open! It will be in the Dealers' Room this year. Artists' Alley will be open from 3:00-7:00 p.m. Friday, 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Saturday, and 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Sunday. Artists' Alley is a place for amateur artists, costumers, fan writers, or fan groups to sell their wares. Fan groups or other conventions looking for a table to advertise (but not sell anything) can get a hallway table for free. Email Con Chair Katrina Lynn at katrina@kawakon.com to reserve a fan group or convention table. They are first-come, first-served and very limited. The tables are meant ONLY to promote fan clubs, fan works (like fan-made video game projects), or conventions. The con chair reserves the right to refuse a table to anyone. If you are interested in an Artists' Alley table, you can download the form here. Artists' Alley tables are 6' long and include two chairs. Tables are $50 each and come with ONE vendor membership. Email Artists' Alley Coordinator Ramona Taylor at fabrichoarder@aol.com if you have any questions. Artists are responsible for anything they bring with them. Setup for Artists' Alley will be open from 7:00-9:00 p.m.Thursday night and from 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Friday. All Artsits' Alley tables must stay open during all Dealers' Room hours. Artists may not sell metal weapons or food of any sort.
